Good games, withdrawal took time

Myself Rajesh from Pune. The slots collection on 1win-pro is really good, many options and i found some new games i never seen before. But my first NEFT withdrawal... took almost 3 days to process. Support said it was KYC verification thing, okay fine I understand but they should tell upfront na. After that second withdrawal was faster, maybe 1 day. So mixed feelings. Games are fun, ₹2000 withdrawal eventually came through. Hoping the process gets smoother going forward.
