Shipping communication needs improvement

Ordered product but had to reach out for shipping information. It was not as smooth as the website would have you believe. Got product and as described so very pleased with that. It was definitely cheaper through this option and overall happy with the purchase

They specialized my order and it was perfect! The quality and beauty of this furniture is unsurpassed. It looks even better in person. They even offered white glove delivery, so they brought it upstairs and assembled everything. Everything was wonderful!
