Dreaded AI helper and non responsive call centre.
"Your call is important to us" generally means it isn't and they haven't hired enough call centre agents. I was placed in a queue with 237 calls ahead of me, which tells you all you need to know. Sometimes you just need to speak to a person and get your point across to make sure you're getting the best deal.
If you're running a company and reading this - I have news for you, no one likes AI chat bots, and its a massive turn off for any business i'd choose to deal with. As chat bots go its probably just below average.
That said - The website is easy enough to deal with and i haven't made a claim (luckily), that's the real test of any insurance company.

Put up my payments by £23a month I was with them three years loyalty doesn't mean anything any more so I looked around and got a cheaper insurance package just the same benefits as before and cheaper than before by £6a month shame on you very disappointed on my treatment
