Wow the worst experience I have had with a company, paid for a scooter for my Daughter and it did not arrive.

Had over 20 emails backwards and forwards with this company who have now said it will take a very long time to process a refund!? They now are not replying to my emails.

I have also asked several times to make a complaint, no reply all ignored.

Avoid avoid avoid!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I REPEAT DO NOT THEY R FAKE ONLY OPEN IN DECEMBER THEN HAVE CLOSED ALL AVENUES FOR CONTACT.BOUGHT G BOOSTER FOR XMAS NOW BROKE CANT GET NO RESPNSE BEEN ONTO PAYPAL THEY R NOW INVESTIGATING.

Firstly of all do not and I repeat DO NOT touch this company with a barge pole. I purchased a scooter in December - I got sent the tracking information it was first in Scotland, then travelled to Poland then back to Scotland . Throughout this time the guy (Matthew) was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly. On my scooter arriving after their 10 day promise, the scooter felt unstable as like it was a copy a extremely bad one at that. On the 7 day mark I emailed and attached evidence, saying I wanted a refund as the screen had some kind of damage. So to my surprise Matthew replied saying something regarding the borders being shut - any unfortunately I ended up getting covid so I didn't respond for a few weeks. Once on the mend I set out to reach contact and get this scooter refunded after numerous email with no response back I tried a different avenue - I emailed a second contact nothing. I went online and saw that the website was down contacted the number on google nothing. Anyway I then contacted my bank to reverse the charge they have and the money has been returned. GUYS IF ANY OF YOU ARE IN THE SAME SITUATION READING THIS CONTACT YOUR BANK AS LONG AS YOU HAVE EVIDENCE OF TRYING TO CONTACT THEM , THE BANK WILL REVERSE THE CHARGE AND TAKE THE MONEY BACK OFF THIS COMPANY. Those stupid enough to purchase after reading this review well I did try to warn you.

I repeat do not use guys im unsure if you can see my email however if you can please get in contact as I can show you all the evidence of contact and on how the goods are faulty.

Customer service is awful ignored me for three days still no reply when I’m going to get a refund👎👎

Don’t buy a scooter from this company I’ve bought one for my son at Christmas.
The rear motor did not work.
Several emails later they told me to find a place that could repair it and they would pay the bill, so had it repaired, sent invoice to them but still have heard nothing yet.
If you get one from this company and there is a problem don’t expect any help

The good reviews on about 1scooter are FAKE. I brought a scooter from this site and it never arrived I told my bank about this online company and they also said theyv has a number of complaints about this same company (1scooter) where people haven't got there parcels and have been robbed . Stay well away from this site it's not worth the hassle

Yes I bought a scooter from I scooter it was a little bit tricky but in the end the customer support was amazing and they solved the problem

No one replies to online webchat. Phone number is also no good. Had to wait days for a reply

I was under the impression I had bought a scooter from a shop in the UK, however it came from Poland and took longer than I expected. The scooter so far performs as stated and the large chunky wheels take a little getting use to when turning corners. It's great having the extra speed at roundabouts as it helps you get out of any trouble. I am pleased so far and it was very easy to assemble, not as heavy as I thought.

Recieved the scooter with no charger then they sent the charger to the wrong address

Got my g booster yesterday and it's doesn't work in single mode only in dual and then only the front motor works plus the speedo doesn't work it's comes up with E-01 on the display. I have emailed 1 scooter and phoned them no answer or reply. Not happy.

Bought a G Booster for £809 from this MOB, was told it will be delivered by Christmas we are shipping Friday if not it will be Monday 14th December. Then out of the blue Your order has been cancelled and a refund of "wait for it" £795 that is £14 short of what I paid plus no Scooter.
I did get an email with an apology in an email but that isn't the point, I am now £14:00 down and no Scooter. Guys give this Shoddy Scooter business a wide birth and shop somwhere reliable.
