the second withdraw is in proces 8 days now.
you can max withdraw 1000 or 1500 .
it depends which level you are.
and while your first withdraw is pending you can not make a second with draw.
after nine days my second withdraw come in my bank account.
i give 3 star for the withdraw.
but only 3 because the maximum in the beginning is 1000 and later 1500.
while processing you can not make a nother withdraw.

Avoid this at all cost, I have been waiting over 3 weeks to withdraw my money, and then they cancelled my withdrawal and said is was a problem with there system and to withdraw it again, I have now been waiting another week and nothing. Do not accept any offers either as they will never pay you anything out from them

Rubbish - do not deposit

This site does not let you deduct any winnings. You have to spend 3 x your initial deposit before they will allow you to withdraw any money. Stay away....

All their messages below does is confirm, you have to wager 3 X your deposit before you can withdraw any funds. I deposited money without getting free spins or any bonus funds and still had to wager 3 X my deposit before they would consider my withdrawal.
Now, having wagered 3 X my deposit and having funds left over, they are telling me they can't deal with my withdrawal as they don't have copy of my debit card...what next. JUST GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MONEY BACK....

Contacted support who said they would raise a ticket with the relevant team. After continuously contacting support I'm getting the same automated responses and have had no contact about the bet. SCAM CASINO. doesn't want to pay me bet out in fear of me making a withdrawal which you can see from other reviews below also causes problems. Scam casino. Asked for all my information, which I provided. Now my withdrawal has been sat for 3 days and not been looked at. Very easy to take our money but when we win it’s not so easy to give it back?

Day 27 and I’m still waiting

Day 27 and I’m still waiting , apparently they can’t tell you how long the wait will be as all these checks are being done even tho my other withdrawals went threw within 24 hours
Aloud of rubbish , looks like a lot of us are in the same boat with our withdrawals

Slow payouts, dont play if you want your winnings

Started on this platform and all seemed good. 29/12/25 - withdrawal of £1000 requested after it being refused due to not fully verified which is understandable. On 29/12/25 I was full verified so applied for a withdrawal

Now 8 days later no update and everytime I contact the customer service /VIP customer service I am told to just be patient it’ll come and they are very busy at the moment.

UPDATE! Withdrawal received 19-01-26

Do not deposit unless you enjoy waiting for a month on a withdrawal. Writing emails and receiving generic copy and paste responses or talking to so called managers that you aren’t quite sure are real.

After 30 days of waiting, countless emails and live chats I have received my money. This comes as a surprise to me as I was certain it had vanished into the off shore acount of some scam casino operating illegally. Well they are operating illegally and most likely still a scam. I filed a complaint with casino guru about the situation with 1Red I don’t know if this worked but it’s worth. If your waiting on a withdrawal do not cancel, what they do is make you wait so long that you give in, cancel then gamble away your potential winning. I will not be using this casino again.

Like others i to seem to have fallen into the trap waiting for a withdrawal of £670 since the 20th of December. Multiple emails sent same generic copy paste responses. we know it’s frustrating…. Rest assured we value every customer…… we are currently working on your withdrawal. When trying to reach a manager via live chat you’ll get a human response asking you to wait a moment as they check followed by 3 paragraphs of clearly copy and pasted garbage feeding you false hope with the audacity to say be patient. For this reasoning this one star is added to the mixing bowl. It may change if I actually receive the withdrawal (0% confidence in this happening) and update with times etc.

Very disappointed been waiting over several weeks for my funds I have so much money in my account not even one withdrawal from this site. Slow e transfer withdrawal

They have a good selection of games you can browse through.
Their deposit bonus is completely useless. After depositing and you start using the bonus money, the site severely limits how much you can bet with that bonus money. And if you click on it by accident? Tough bananas, youre out some money.
But what really led me to write a review is the withdrawal process. The first time i submitted for a withdrawal, it was accepted within a few hours, but now, i have been waiting over 24hrs for a simple e transfer.
Overall I think it is a decent gambling site, but Goodluck getting your money out. And for that reason, I am giving OneRed a low review.
