They are scammers.
They are scammers.Loaded money to test their legitimacy then wanted to withdrawal it via the same source that loaded and they asked for all verifications which I provided and now am in 3 months as I write this now and have never received it back

Not an honest broker
I've been working with them for over 2 years, they don't provide the bonus they promise, they manipulate the prices to their advantage and each time you want to withdraw they decline my profile validation and make me submit everything again, now that BTC is high they removed withdraws with BTC too, not recommended, they are not an honest broker
EDIT: It's been a month since I contacted your customer service and they said they were going to help me, my account is still NOT verified, it's not your fault though, it's my fault for trusting and believing this was an honest broker, if you have an account with 1Prime I suggest you try to withdraw so you can check if they let you
