!!!!! MUST BE REPORTED TO INTERPOL !!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, they are a scam. They will make you purchase and item, perhaps update or otherwise do not update you on the purchase delivery and when you enquire, the excuse is that the item is not available. Instead of providing an immediate refund they give you a store credit. We made an attempt to use the store credit only to be informed the same thing re the product delivery issues. So essentially they steal your money and you will never receive any orders from them. We are now reporting them to the Singaporean authorities and will make every effort to go to various social media platforms to report them as scammers

My worst experience buying on internet, ever. I've buying from China, Hong Kong, US, Canada with no problems at all.
But 1Outlets it's scam. I paid for one order in September 2024 that never arrived to Sweden. They refuse to make the refund until today 24 December.
Strongly warning to not buy anything from these people.

Three times I tried to purchase an item on 1outlets and every time after several months of waiting I was informed that the items were not available. So I requested a full refund which I received in a couple of days. So I don't think 1outlets is a scam; however, their stock management is very poor and they need to pull their socks up big time.

I ordered on 7th june 2023 order no. 1000259369.

Today is 22nd july but i did not receive the order.

It honestly worst experience.
It was my big mistake not to check them at trust pilot before placing the order.

I ordered a product and paid £27.89 for it on 29 December 2021. After a few weeks, they emailed to say that they could not fulfill the order and I was being issued a store credit for another item. I did not want this but, since there was no alternative, I went ahead and bought another item, requiring an addition £3.67 on 26 January 2022. After a few weeks again, they said they could not fulfll this new order and would reimburse me. On 10 March 2022, I received £3.48. In other words, I am out of pocket for around £28 and did not receive anything. This company stonewalls and lies and I wish I had read the other reviews before going to them. Shameful!

I made 2 orders from 1Outlets, 2 weeks apart.

For both orders, they failed to deliver after >1month.

Provided store refund which I rejected.

The credit card refund was insufficient.

Order #1 was for RM267, they only refunded RM250.

Order #2 was for RM 620, they only refunded RM 583.66.

These thieves are stealing money. Never buy anything from them.

I made and order which was very politely cancelled 2 days later and reassured via email the refund was being processed and it could take up to 20 days. It has been month and a half and there is no sign of my money. More so, I’m bored with sending email chasers which get no response at all. PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM!!

Do not make the mistake of buying ANYTHING on this online scam. They have stolen RM 2,340 (USD 605) and continually lie about the order status until finally stopping responding altogether.

Do not think their 2-month delay is because of customs, Covid-19, or any other excuse; Shopee delivers from anywhere in the world flawlessly (unfortunately they did not have this particular product).

Save your money and your mental sanity, STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

I am already working with the local authorities to bring them down.

These people are fraudsters. I purchased a pair of socks and a carry on. Neither item arrived after a month. I wrote to them asking for an update and after a while they said vendors could not ship the items so I had a choice of cancelling the orders or resourcing from a different vendor. I decided to resource one item but due to the same delays, eventually cancelled both orders. They then asked me to check my bank statements to see if the refund had gone through but of course neither had. This is a fake site. They are out to steal your money with fake testimonials. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wished I've know about all this bad review before I made my purchase with them.
I've placed an order on 11 April 2019 and I've only got 1 / 5 items delivered to me today. And the package was badly done, the food product (energy bars) are not properly protected hence the bars looks mushy.
Not sure what happened to my other 4 products! And mind you these are not cheap!
Utterly disappointing as I was looking forward to receive the products by this week in time for my long hiking trip. No reply from them on this matter yet!

Waiting for a month with no respond with from email .
Had to call the call centre numerous time to get respond.Gave me different kind of answer (lies) every time i call them asking about my shipment (item).
Finally they gave up and decide to just give me full refund without my approval.Already lose some money on bank charges(currency exchange).Only giving me voucher 5 dollar for next purchase as if i want to try this stupid website again.
I hope nobody else would try this awful experience with the service centre.
Please stop with the lies and deceit to the customer.
My last wish is they all go bankrupt.
