Title: Withdrawal Pending for Weeks – No Transparency, No TX Hash

Title: Withdrawal Pending for Weeks – No Transparency, No TX Hash

I am extremely disappointed with the withdrawal process.

On January 28, 2026, I initiated a token withdrawal (TXID: 7459c8f8-82b6-4e3b-bb30-90d52db171f4). The status has been showing “Pending” ever since. It has now been over 30 days, and the funds have still not been received.

Customer support keeps responding with the same generic message: “Your request has been escalated to the relevant team.” I received this message on January 29 and again on February 9 — but there has been no actual resolution, no transaction hash on Ethereum provided, and no clear explanation for the delay.

If this were a blockchain transaction, it would either confirm or fail within minutes. The absence of an on-chain transaction hash suggests the transaction has not even been broadcast to the Ethereum network.

Delays happen — I understand that. But holding funds for months under “manual review” without transparency or a concrete timeline is not acceptable for a crypto-related financial service.

I expect:

Immediate clarification

A valid blockchain TX hash

Or a refund of my funds

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service to anyone handling serious capital.

Very disappointing experience.

Lost access to 5000 USDT due to iOS app bug – ignored for 4 days

I’ve completely lost trust in the 1inch iOS wallet after what just happened to me.

For 4 days, I’ve been contacting their chat support about a critical wallet bug that froze the app every time I tried to open “View Secret Files” or “Backup Wallet.”
Because of this, I was never able to view or export my 12-word seed phrase, meaning I couldn’t protect or restore my funds.

I sent video evidence multiple times, clearly showing the bug, but support only replied with copy-paste answers like “Please reinstall the app.”
When I explained that reinstalling would permanently delete my wallet access, they ignored it.
Finally, after expressing my frustration, I was logged out of the app — and now my 5000 USDT are stuck in a wallet I can’t open.

Even restoring through iCloud backup on another iPhone gives the same freeze.
This is not user error — it’s a serious app-level failure that 1inch refuses to take responsibility for.

After 4 days of no real help, I can only warn others:
Do NOT store your money in the 1inch wallet until this bug is acknowledged and fixed.
It’s unsafe, and the support team shows no urgency when users lose access to their funds.

Swap issues

I use the Tangem wallet and wanted to swapUSDC for AVAX tokens. My swap encountered an issue and I lost my funds. I contacted support, but they told me that the swap was automatic and they had no control over it. So my funds are basicly lost. I don't know if the problem is with Tangem or 1inch directly, but I assume it's 1inch, because I've already made many swap with Tangem through other platforms like OKX, ChangeNow or even Changelly, and I haven't encountered any problems with them so far.

Thank you for reaching out about your experience. After reviewing the details you've shared, we can confirm that the interaction you had with 1inch itself had the transaction completed.

The difficulties you encountered appear to relate to subsequent interactions within the Tangem wallet. As 1inch provides routing only for specific swaps initiated within Tangem, other interactions or processes within Tangem’s interface are managed entirely by Tangem and outside of our control.

We recommend contacting Tangem’s support team directly, as they will be able to assist further in resolving this matter.

If you have further questions regarding how 1inch operates or integrates within third-party wallets, please feel free to contact us at support@1inch.io.

Best regards,
The 1inch Team

They banned my wallet

They banned my wallet because of "due to onchain exposure that is outside a risk appetite for 1inch".
They said nothing more what will explain that. For more i did nothing wrong, I am crypto user from 2017 and at this address bought just 3 coins, EEFI,ETH and LINK. I am based in europe.

Hello, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand that it can be frustrating when a transaction does not go through.
When swapping tokens, a transaction can fail if the market moves beyond your set slippage tolerance while the transaction is pending. In such cases the transaction reverts to protect you from an unfavorable rate but gas fees are still consumed, as they cover the cost of processing transactions on the blockchain.
To avoid these situations in the future we can recommend trying Fusion Mode which is not subject to failed swaps costing gas. You can read more about fusion at https://help.1inch.io/en/articles/6796085-what-is-1inch-fusion-and-how-does-it-work

Charging money for no service at all

This company has charged me twice for swaps it did not complete, I will never use them again, total scam. Did not refund my money, it's basically skimming off people's money and not offering the actual service.

Thank you for your feedback. This transaction was a successful approval or "unlock" which is required before completing a swap. The approval is step 1 of 2 in the swapping process, and is an industry standard among DeFi protocols. It requires gas fees but does not actually move any tokens as it is only granting the 1inch smart contract access to the funds in your wallet.

Once that the tokens are unlocked you are be able to complete the swap (which requires gas fees as well).

Here is a great article with more info on this topic:

I hope this helps shed light on what happened. If you need further assistance we'd be more than happy to help via the live support chat on app.1inch.io.

Also, if you feel so inclined, we would appreciate an updated 5 star review!
