The driver was polite, ponctual and trustworthy.

1CARES provided a car and driver from Budapest to take my wife and myself to a small village Kajászó outside Budapest. My father's grandparents lived in Kajászó and he visited them on summer holidays in the 1930's, before moving to Australia in 1939 with his parents.

Our driver Alajos Pulai spoke English well and had done some research for us and took us to the small old Jewish cemetery in Kajászó. We spent some time searching through the headstone, most of which were in Hebrew. After a period looking, my wife found the headstone for my father’s grandparents Kraus Samuel and Malvina, which was a great surprise to us, as both died more than 80 years ago.
Alajos was a very helpful driver.

1Cares planned two trips for us. Both trips accommodated 6 people. Our roomy, immaculate vans arrived on time and the drivers were professional, polite, informative. Our drivers, Luka and Tomislav, added so much more to our trip: tips, info along the way. These private drivers gave us a sense of calm, enjoying the sites, not having to worry about where to go, where to park, etc.

We used 1CARES.com (AnyBus24) for our recent trip to Sofia. The company communication before the booking was very clear and helpful. The service provided by them - very good, clean and big coach and the driver - was excellent too.

Paulo drove us from Lisbon to Coimbra via Évora and Obidos. He was all away on time. The Mercedes van was very comfortable for our party of four plus luggage and he proved to be a safe and courteous driver. He was also very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and took us to Monsaraz Castle and the Amendres Cromlech site of menhir stones near Évora and Our Lady of Fatima Sanctuary on the way to Coimbra. Joaquim transferred us from Coimbra to Oporto and also was on time and an excellent driver. We would recommend 1Cares and would use them again.

Needed a private transfer from Kittila, Finland to Norway Tromso, because there wasn't any direct flight or bus was running. And I couldn't find any company that are doing so. 1CARES managed to help me arrange something.The car was nice, and the driver was very polite as well.

This company does try their best to help you find a solution if you asked.

We chose 1cares for a trip in the Douro valley. The chauffeur was nice but couldn’t speak anything else than Portuguese, which is fine. But despite the fact that we had provided the full itinary, we had to guide him all the way long during two days
(he couldn’t use waze or Google Maps) and that could have proven painful if none of us spoke the language. Customer care was very unpleasant when I mentionned that. I would’t recommend that company…

We turned to 1CARES to organize transport for our wedding guests from Florence to a location in the countryside. As we were planning the wedding from North America, all stages of the planning process were stressful, except for the transport. 1CARES staff responded to all our questions quickly, giving us the reassurance that we were dealing with a reputable company. Their bus was clean and the driver was highly professional and arrived on time. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and would recommend them.

Had a very positive experience with 1CARES.com in Poland after I was told last minute that I needed an international drivers license to rent a car. They were remarkably quick responding to my emails and getting me a quote. And we enjoyed Pawel, based in Krakow, so much that I’m very happy we hired a driver instead.

This company did a great job for our trip to Prague. The car was new, roomy and clean. The driver was fluent in English, on-time and professional. He helped us with a wonderful day seeing the sights of Prague.

Good website for transport with driver in Braga.I surveyed a few rental bus with driver in the website for 17 pax. We decided to take Icares.com for the transport from Pousada De Geres Canicada to Braga because of the rate was cheaper than the rest. The driver spoke only Portugese and no English at all anyway we manage to get through the language barier and the driver was kind enough to make one stop at the Supermercado before sending us back to our Pousada. The driver came on time and the journey was smooth all the time. I highly recommend this website if you need transport in Portugal. The respond through email was fast and clear.

I highly recommend 1cares.com to anyone wanting to hire a driver while in Europe. We hired them during a trip in Brugge. We asked them to drive us from our Bed & Breakfast to two different breweries. The entire trip lasted about 7 hours and the driver happily waited for us the entire time. Our driver, Vincent, was very friendly, funny, and spoke great English. He even gave us history lessons about areas that we were driving through. The communication with their customer service was very prompt and personable and they answered all of our questions. We had checked three other companies and 1cares.com was the best price and the final price was exactly what they quoted us. There were no hidden fees or surprises. There were six of us in the group and we all agreed that 1cares was a great choice. We will go back to them the next time we need a driver in Europe.

We wanted to rent a minivan in Paris. When we wanted to pay, 1cares raised the price by 210 euros without explanation and notice. We refused to work with such a company.
