Robbed 3 times hy thieves and 1box does nothing!!
My storage box was emptied by thieves. Since they entered from above, there were no signs of forced entry so the insurance refused to pay. Over €2,500 worth of belongings was stolen. Despite this, Box1 made no improvements to secure the space. As a result, a second and third robbery occurred and everything was stolen again!
By the way the manager promised me the insurance would take care of it because she was convinced it was a robbery - neigbours complained about having empty boxes left behind in their storage box that did not belong to them.
Despite this the incident was poorly communicated to the insurance company. Resulting in the insurance rufusing to pay.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat u deze ervaring heeft gehad. Wij hebben uw meldingen steeds zorgvuldig onderzocht, inclusief camerabeelden en inspectie van de box. Hierbij zijn geen sporen van braak of andere onregelmatigheden vastgesteld. Ook de verzekeraar heeft de situatie beoordeeld en de claim afgewezen, mede omdat er geen bewijs was van inbraak en de geclaimde waarde de verzekerde som overschreed.
Wij begrijpen dat dit teleurstellend voor u is. Wel willen we benadrukken dat wij strikte veiligheidsprocedures hanteren en dat onze vestiging dagelijks gecontroleerd wordt. Tot op heden zijn er verder geen vergelijkbare incidenten vastgesteld.

deposit not payed back
We rented a storage unit for 2 months. We left our storage unit in the beginning of month April, and we received a confirmation per email, that our unit was returned on time and in good conditions.
But we still did not receive back our deposit yet.
We called per telephon and wrote three emails, but we still did not get any reply yet.
