A disaster of a store. Stay away!
I placed an order at 1A (also known as K-RAUTA) for a Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 mouse — and I regretted it at every single step.
First, the delivery took almost three weeks, while other stores deliver the same item much faster. That already made me question their service. But it only got worse from there.
When I finally received the package, it turned out they had sent me the wrong mouse — completely different from what I ordered. Mistakes happen, sure. But how they deal with them is on a whole new level of incompetence.
Their customer support is an absolute joke. I sent emails — got replies once a week at best, and only after I personally called them. If I hadn’t kept calling, I’m convinced I would’ve never heard back. Yes, they have a “hotline,” but it seems to only work once a week — if you’re lucky — and even then, it barely helps. Dealing with their support feels like fighting windmills: pointless, exhausting, and completely ineffective.
The result: it’s been over a month, I still haven’t received the correct item, the support team keeps ignoring the issue, and I’m left without the product I paid for and a pile of wasted time and nerves.
This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
1A / K-RAUTA is by far the worst store I’ve dealt with.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away. Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
Horrible and scam company.

And trust me I won’t give up and until they leave the LV market. All positive reviews here are scam.
While ordering (8 positions) delivery time was written 2-8 days.
I specifically looked for fast delivery, and after paying, delivery date changed to 3 weeks, the worst part? Order delivery is split in 4 separate deliveries, so I have to skip work just to accommodate 1a incompetency. Was loyal client to 1a. NEVER AGAIN! This store should be closed forever and charged with client deception.

Have been using this site for a number of years, mainly for electronics. One of the best selections of items, but more times than not, the prices are a bit higher than at other stores. But, every time I deal with them, I have all the confidence my purchase will be delivered (maybe not at the exact date, but I don't blame only 1A, but also the suppliers and the delivery companies).
Lately I've been using the site to see what items are the best (as they have one of the best websites of all stores, with great filtres) and look for that item on other stores for cheapear price.
Things that I've ordered have had a long delivery time expected, and it's fine. However, way later, a week past the delivery date nothing has been shipped. When I asked the customer service about the status on the shipment and the representative says that it should have been shipped long time ago and it has been sitting there in the warehouse for a while. I have made a completely different order a few days later and the delivery time was exceptionally fast, meanwhile my old order from three weeks ago still hasn't been fulfilled. Very inconsistent.
The worst delivery time. On website saying one thing in reality late for almost a week, because they cannot figure out they stuff with delivery services, too lazy to give packages for sending.
Just don't buy.
Always been ordering things from this place. Always get the order in good condition and delivery is okay.
They canceled my order after one week saying they were out of stock while the website was saying otherwise when I pass the order
1a.lv is the most unreliable online electronics shop in Latvia.
Tried to get an answer to a simple question about one of their products (basically what product it was since the article number did not match with the description), I got a very rude response that did not clarify the situation at all. Tried to ask again and they basically ignored it. Very unprofessional and not serious company. Stay away at all costs!!

I just bought a new Beko refrigerator from 1A.LV and it arrived without a power cable. It appears that the fridge was damaged at some time before it was packed/shipped, ripping the cable from the fridge. I have tried for almost 4 weeks to resolve this issue with 1A.LV, to have either a technician come and repair the refrigerator (under warranty) or get a replacement. So far they have been ignoring me, and nothing has been done almost one month later. Do not trust this company. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
Update (5 Aug 2019): I have still been trying to get a hold of 1A, with no success. They replied to this review here, but there is no way to respond. I have sent over a dozen emails, tried to contact them on Facebook, Twitter, and made phone calls. Nothing. I just cannot believe it that this company can have such horrible customer service and still be in business.
Update (9 August 2019): I received an email this week from one of their customer service representatives. She told me that she can send a new power cable, but I would have to install it myself, or pay to have it installed by someone else. I suppose this is better than nothing, but still very disappointing. What kind of company does this?
Update (5 September 2019): I received the power cable in the mail in mid-August and was able to install it myself. The refrigerator is finally working. I'm disappointed that it took such a long time to have this problem resolved, but at least it's finally behind me. I've updated my rating to give the company an additional star, and updated the title of this review to be more constructive.
