Breach of Trade Descriptions
I ordered 3 x room sprays and relied, specifically and deliberately, on the website decription "Reusable or recyclable plastic bottle". This to prevent dangerous breakages resulting from my serious peripheral neuropathy and risk of bottles slipping from my grasp. However, two of the containers were glass, not plastic, which means that I cannot run the risk of using them. They will be thrown away as being useless to me.
Since writing the above, I have had an honest and very helpful acceptance of fault and accountability and am happy to revise my review accordingly.

We completely understand the importance of receiving the correct product—especially when safety and accessibility are involved. It’s very concerning to hear that two of your sprays arrived in glass containers despite the website stating “reusable or recyclable plastic bottles.” We are already investigating this to ensure all product listings are accurate and reflect what our customers are expecting.
We’d be very happy to replace the two glass bottles with plastic alternatives right away—at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to us directly at candleco.1914@outlook.com so we can arrange this for you.
As for the glass bottles, rather than disposing of them, perhaps you might consider gifting them to someone who could make use of them? We always try to reduce unnecessary waste wherever possible, and your gesture could help.

Delighted with the table centerpiece I bought as a birthday present for a friend. Product was beautiful, smelled lovely, was very well packaged and was fabulous value for money. Customer service was excellent and super speedy. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

What a wonderful family run company
What a wonderful family run company. The selection of candles melts and more is wonderful. Amazing offers and bundles too. I brought bespoke teacup candles for my mum on mothers day and then all my teaching assistants for Christmas. They all adored them

Outstanding products
This is a relatively new company so we thought we’d give them ago! So glad we did. The candles & melts are amazing really strong and long lasting. We couldn’t believe the price either. Such value for money. The customer service and speedy delivery was faultless. These are now our regular wax supplier.
