My account was active and holding a balance of approximately 250 EUR. Without warning, I was locked out of my account with repeated login errors stating incorrect username/password. Password reset attempts showed that the account did not exist.

After contacting support, I was provided a temporary password which did not work. The following day, I was informed that my account was marked as “self-excluded”, a request I never made.

Since then, the operator has stopped responding to my emails despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. My balance remains unpaid and inaccessible.

So this is classic scam site, if you loose money everthing perfect, good odds. But if you win or want to withdraw your balance they block you and say you forgot your password or self excluded you account and left them the money. So please dont put one $ on their scaming site!!!

Total scam, after 2 weeks they don't even know what happened to my deposit without having even uploaded it. There are many scammy bookmakers, but one that steal you the deposit without even letting you bet it deserves a special mention. And avoid 1bet, 18bet and all the affiliates site with these criminals, they have the same page, the same customer care of clowns and the same criminal behaviors to rob their customers of their money. Totally toxic

Bets are voided without notifications before the match started and after one (!) successful day.

I’ve won 300€ on a day, next day maximum stakes are 10€ and bets are voided after settlement. Very unprofessional

The slots don't work. Your money disappears without even letting you play. Don't even give 1 euro to these scammers

I am customer at 18Betasia.com since July 2020. Just after signing in I asked if some KYC documents were necessary to verify my account. They answered me that not. On September 3rd 2020, I asked for a withdrawal of 263 euros with a received with no issue and, surprinsingly, without the need of providing any document.

On October 4th I asked for a new withdrawal of 1,532 euros. That time they asked me for a lot of identity verification documents that I provided succesfully. One day later, they sent me an email saying that my account has been closed and all the winnings seized because I my account “has been created in violation of our Duplicated accounts policy. It has matching details with another 1betasia account”. I asked them for proofs and for give back my money. They didn't provide them and this time they acuse me of being “found to be sharing the same login numerical pattern (IP) with another account registered with the Company”. They don't provide proofs either.

The reality is that they provide pretexts to winning players in order to not pay them. I see that a lot of players are in the same situation than me. I will fight until the end in order to have my money back. I'm in touch with some alternative dispute resolution sites and I also reported the case to the Curaçao gaming authorities. I will publish the case in all the consumer sites I know and social media. This will not end here.

Now my advice to all the players is to never deposit a penny 18Betasia because these players most probably will lose their money.

This site is just a SCAM.
