Sent out installer twice.
1st time had a window of 8-10am called at 130pm
2nd time installer called and said he couldn't find car, the installer was sent to BILLING address twice.
canceled order and installed myself.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Process was quick and easy, gave me several options to choose from. Installation by Isaac was AMAZING! 22 minutes start to finish to change the battery in a Ford(which is buried under the dash🤦‍♀️)! Would have only taken 20 minutes but some body replaced a screw they lost so he had to get a different wrench 🤣. Even aired up my tire for me!

I’ve already stated the man sent out representing your business was rude and repeatedly complained about the distance he traveled to serve me. Also was rude when I asked to view what he was requesting me to sign. Frankly, frightening

I spent $330.00 in March of 2024 for the warranty and battery replacement. Here in AZ you need to replace every 2 years. I spent extra thinking how convenient. Wrong when I called to let them know under warranty they wanted to charge an additional $125.00 for a pending amount. When the person came he stated as I watched and witnessed that they previously did not install correctly. I have a 2008 Hummer H3 and when he popped off the casing it was not strapped down and the bolt was missing. So under the so called warranty of the initial $330.00 now charging me an additional $125.00. Well let's do the math on this for a battery. I am thinking about how to get a group of lawyers together and how not to get duped on a company like this.

After 7 years my battery finally gave it up. The technician was terrific and pleasant to work with. They showed up in the time allotted and replaced the battery. It was located in the trunk of the Camaro and not an easy replacement. The work was ordered on a Sunday morning and completed Sunday later afternoon. I highly recommend.

Although the mechanic was a little later than was originally scheduled, he apologized, was courteous and very helpful. I am vocally handicapped and this service was extremely helpful that I could do the entire transaction, including financing with text. I will use this service again

The service provider was good, worked really hard to get the battery installed.

The problem is that the site quoted the wrong battery size, so it didn't fit in the tray despite even after the fact collecting the year/make/model information. So they don't have current data on what battery sizes fit the car.

Also the provider said, quote, "I just get it from Autozone" - meaning that the service is basically a "battery Uber" and the prices are grossly inflated. Not the provider's fault but I call it out for what it is.

Arrived quickly, installed the battery correctly, and gave good advice on what caused the issue.

Horrible, bought a battery from the and installed it didn’t last 2 days and they refuse to give a refund.

Sold me the wrong battery. Only offer a 30 day warranty. Battery now dead don’t need a replacement for the wrong battery need a refund.

Battery died and unable to replace myself. Knew of, but never used, 1-800-Battery so I gave them a try online.

It was easy and service man - very gracious and friendly - arrived at designated time and popped new battery in place. Car started right up. Wonderful service.

This is by far the best experience I have had with dealing with car issues. I work long hours and I would have to drop my vehicle off and sometimes sit in the wafting area for hours just to get a new battery. I googled battery delivery and this website popped up!!! I love it and have told my friends about this website...thanks!

If you want a battery replaced quickly without having to tow or jump start your vehicle then this is a go-to company. Easy process through their website and job completed in about 2 hours although I did get a call to upsell me which I’m not convinced was necessary but I did it anyway. It is expensive but that’s worth paying for the convenience and service. I did originally want to schedule the install for a different date but once I’d placed the order, I wasn’t able to change the schedule. I did try to contact them via email but got no response. As it turned out, the job was completed sooner than I expected even though it was on a Sunday. I hope the company keeps records because I have no paperwork other than my order which I printed in case I need to make a warranty claim.

Quick service, easy process and very professional.

I would’ve gone 5 ⭐️ here but the communication from dispatch regarding the tech’s arrival time was non-existent and mostly indifferent when I called to check 2x. However, the tech was incredible and capable. Battery was installed correctly and in no time at all, price was just fine, and I would absolutely use them again.
