my tech was very pleasant and friendly and changed battery very quickly and efficiently. the best part is he noticed my coolant reservoir was empty and the cap was missing. this save me a lot of trouble I could have had with my car and engine. I scheduled an appointment for between 8 AM and 10 AM to have a battery replaced. I did not receive any contact from the company so I called them when no one had contacted me by 10:30 AM. The tech showed up at 12:30 2 1/2 hours after the end of the schedule appointment time. Detect did a very good job and the battery got installed. Waiting that long screwed up my whole day.

great service, on time and great technician

My mom’s car had a dead battery in her driveway. I was away for work trip and needed to get her help. 1800 Battery allowed me to get my mom’s battery changed in her driveway while I was away. I was kept updated regarding the tech’s time of arrival. Marcus Lawrence the tech arrived and was polite and professional. Overall great job from 1800 Battery

Completely bad experience with this company....day before l booked and paid for battery remplace was scheduled for next day from 8am to 10 am the range time for the technician arrive to remplace the battery...surprise not body show up ,l called someone just explained the situation and he said let me figure out and l will call you in 40 minutes ,pass that time l called again then came the worst one unprofessional guy responded and l explained what happened and he said you want cancel or you want wait that moment already was 1pm ......how is posible exist companies with this poor service......unfurtunality l can't recommended this company.

Service was excellent. I got a new battery within an hour of ordering it. Jose installed on site and was very professional. I got to watch the whole installation and after watching I was very glad I did not attempt this my self!

Horrible experience not reliable over charged and no communication do not recommend

They got the battery and technician to my house faster than they estimated, and from his arrival to the time he left it was no more than 30 minutes for installation. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again, highly recommend it if needing a battery replaced.

I placed an order. No one brought/installed the battery and have not received a call or text message when they would be here to do the work. I don’t even know if it is ever coming.
