Life Insurance
The financial advisor who was assigned to my case, was exceptional in every way. She was thorough, patient and explained all aspects and options open to me in detail, so that I could then make an informed decision moving forward. I cannot praise the service I received enough. I would highly recommend my advisor to anyone looking for life insurance advice..........

Excellent service

Excellent service, Zoe Bassett was extremely thorough and professional, making the whole process very simple. I have also been followed up with a great after care call from Emily and I'm well under way with getting my steps.

Excellent customer service...

I took out a life insurance policy with 1618. I had a problem with my tracker. They really went out of their way to try to resolve the problem. When we eventually concluded that there was no way to make this work with my device, they went out of their way to make another solution. Really impressive service and I have gone from being frustrated to satisfied. As they always say, it's not the problems that cause the biggest issues, it's how the problem is handled. And 1618 came through with flying colours. Good job!
