Like everyone , I ordered an air conditioning unit through Jeritoc with this as the shipping company .
Estimated delivery was 7th July it is now saying delivered and I have had nothing . I paid through Klarna and my credit card so thankfully they can sort out . Do not use .

14Express.com is a SCAM, fake courier company.
All emails to their 'info@' and 'support@' 14Express.com email addresses are unable to be delivered.
Plus, the location map on their website 'pins' their company on Allen Street, New York, yet their address is listed as 123 Logistics Way, which is not even a real street name listed in New York.
Also, their contact number (302) 412-0710 is actually a Lewes, Delaware landline, NOT a number for a business in New York.

JERITCO and 14 Express. My experience same as Steve’s. Totally fake website and Courier. I also bought an air conditioner unit but it hasn’t arrived. E mails keep bouncing back.

This is the courier used by Jeritoc.myshopify.com (see my separate review of that site) to make customers believe that their order is on its way.
At first glance, the tracking website looks very convincing. However, there are several serious red flags:
The address shown does not appear to exist. There is no “Logistics Way” in Manhattan, nor anywhere close to the map pin shown on the site.
The domain was registered on 15 June 2026, yet the company claims to have handled more than 1.5 million shipments and served over 25,000 customers in that very short time.
Its “Live Shipment Tracking” / “Live network activity” section cycles through the same updates repeatedly. Some entries are marked as delivered two weeks ago, which is difficult to reconcile with the claim that the feed is live.
All social-media links simply lead to the home pages of the respective platforms rather than to genuine company accounts.
They have not responded to any questions submitted through their contact form.
If you are looking for a courier, I strongly recommend avoiding this one.
