The Support staff at 123 Loadboard are phenomenal. I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Nika Solovjova today. She was customer focused, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, etc. She answered all of my questions, offered to demonstrate, and went "above and beyond" to ensure I understood the process.
