Initial hesitancy but very happy...
From our initial hesitancy with the company not being in the UK, and a few 'quirks' navigating the 123BigBags online ordering system, we were quickly put at ease by the efficient communications of the sales team and the ability to order direct through them.
We received a quote virtually immediately, which was efficiently amended when we chose the final selection of products, and then the payment process was robust and secure and receipt paperwork was made available quickly.
Delivery was then 'seamless' and speedy and we couldn't have wished for a more friendly and efficient ordering process.
So if you're having doubts about ordering from 123BigBags - don't worry, they're absolutely 'Spot On!" Thanks very much 10/10
