SCAM! Delti.com operate around 15 online tire shops throughout Europe and many customers are not getting refunds when they fail to deliver. Read the reviews! I ordered though the .ch website in November 2023, they didn't have the tyres and cancelled my order. They still owe me CHF 579.80! They don't answer the phone or reply to emails.
Paid on 31st of March, today is 11th of April, just called them to see where my order is, the answer "It is not sent yet" ... Ok so 12 days was not enough to send it, so when do you send it? "I cant tell you, but usually its 7-15 business days"
Absolutely ridiculous service, Im pretty sure they dont have anything in Switzerland, they just order from Germany on your behalf. They beaten the price of a real Swiss website that I like to use, by a few francs...big mistake that I fell for that.
Dont try to save a few francs, AVOID this website.
Twice: paid, waited for more than a week and got answer that the rims are not available.
Can't get any better, I hope this level of service with a very quick delivery and as-low-as-possible prices will be available to Swiss customers for years to come.
