I received my boots promptly. Unfortunately they developed a crack in the sole after a couple of months wear. I contacted customer support and they quickly agreed to replace them, no quibbles. They provided instructions on how to return (via prepaid label) and kept in touch to let me know when replacement boots were dispatched. I would feel confident to use this company again having experienced their excellent customer care.

I received my trainers promptly . Unfortunately they had a fault in the leather. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I got the return label very quickly and I was able to email about getting an exchange. The staff kept in touch with me every step of the way. Took 9 days to receive shoes. Refused refund to unworn shoes due to no box. PayPal ended up refunding me. If a seller refuses to refund you due to packaging issues (e.g., you did not use the original box), they are likely violating consumer protection laws, provided you are within the 14-day cancellation window (for online purchases) and the item is not damaged.

I live in the Isle of Man and wanted to order a pair of boots but the IOM wasn’t a delivery option. I emailed them and got a reply the next day to say they would add it - which they did very quickly (added to the UK County drop-down). I order what I wanted, postage was only £2.50. Got the boots at a great price. What great customer service! I would highly reccomend.

Great offer, the kind you check Trustpilot to make sure it’s a real company and great service. 2 pairs of Ecco shoes and I had to exchange the size. Absolutely no issue, really easy and clear service and delighted with the purchase.

Ordered Sketcher Slip ins at an unbelievable price on Thursday, and they arrived yesterday. First time purchase with 121 but next footwear needed i will be using 121.
