No nonsense service and a life saver for me
I have been ordering from 121doc for many years, mainly due to their no nonsense attitude with regard to assessing treatment online, follow ups (if any) via telephone before authorising any medicine or product and making a decision quickly. If you keep your medical records up to date and provide proper information, the doctors and support staff provide you with what you need in a very impressive short time. That's my experience anyway. I definitely trust them and the product(s) is(are) always delivered speedily and in good nick. During these times when you cannot get ANY appointment with an NHS doctor online or in person, 121doc has been a life saver (literally).
