Just eat is lovely but the food in my area doesn’t vary enough so I always want to order from other areas. Just eat allows me to do that.

Same issues as others, somehow I have ended up being billed £12 which I never remember agreeing to.

Look if its happening to this many customers you really have to ask yourself why 118businessdirectory does not make it more clear.

Oh and what a surprise there is no phone numbers absolutely anywhere and your expected to just send an email and hope they get back to you.

I listed myself ( I am self employed) on the free 118 business website.
To confirm who I was they wanted me to put in a card that they charged £1 to and would refund.
After I had completed the "free" listing I received an email saying that I had been listed in their prime and could canel within 7 days by logging into my account (I tried and there was not an option to cancel the listing) or by emailing and then the address was given. I sent 2 emails to cancel the listing.
Guess what I was charged.

First of all their communication is amazing service is talk to you I highly recommend and they follow and exceed their company values!

Dear 118 Business Directory,

When I signed up, your website promoted a free listing and made it clear only a £1 verification fee would be taken to confirm my business details. Instead, you processed a £12 payment without my consent. At no point did I authorise or agree to a paid service.

This conduct is misleading, unacceptable, and in breach of Mastercard’s rules on transaction transparency. Those rules require merchants to clearly disclose the actual cost of a service at the point of payment. You failed to do so, and the charge was therefore unauthorised.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the multiple £12 payments taken, written confirmation that no further charges will be made, and confirmation that my business has been fully removed from your directory.

If this is not resolved within five working days, I will raise a chargeback with my bank on the basis of your non-compliance with Mastercard’s regulations, and I will report your practices to Trading Standards and other consumer protection bodies.

I expect prompt written confirmation.

UPDATE: In response to the below. I sent a contact form yesterday and sent an email this morning, and haven't had a response to either.

i love going to grill street it’s always a option for me as the food is always amazing the chicken loaded fries are cooked to perfection and seasoned correctly and the sauce is amazing i will always continue going there and the workers are such amazing people and have the best hospitality
