Another 'deficiency'
Having previously received a request to give my opinion on Trust Pilot, I gave a 2 star review on the basis that it is not as good odds wise and offer wise as others. To my surprise I received an email inviting me to come back with a £10 free bet, which I was pleased with. Ironically, this has highlighted another 'deficiency'. I put the free bet on a horse, which 'won', and I was paid. However, it was disqualified and the winnings was withdraw, as 10bet appears to be one of the few sites that does not pay first past the post, as well as the 'new'winner. I had assumed that all on line bookies paid 'First Past the Post'. Wrong!
Goodbye 10bet!
In response to my comments, 10bet has reinstated my winnings on the first past the post, which is exceptional and I appreciate. Obviously care about their customers.

Opted in for a ‘Bet £10
Opted in for a ‘Bet £10, get £10’ promotion. Despite fulfilling the criteria and having a screenshot showing that I was opted in, 10Bet refused to honour it and said that they could only give me a £5 free bet, as I was opted in for another promotion. Despite asking two different Customer Service advisors, both just shut the chat down and ignored me when I asked for evidence of this ‘alleged’ promotion. Avoid. They’re dishonest.
