These guys are awesome. They do deliver late but they surely deliver. Their website needs a better design to help build visitors trust but they are good.

Better to order from them than to get trapped in fuss over import duties etc.

Fun fact they also take volunteer donation to take care of indies dogs for which i absolutely love them. I would consider them reputable brand and may soon order more from them. My trust in them has built well.

This is a scam website. Please do not order anything from them and they do not respond to any of your emails. I've lost 2000 rupees which they still hasn't refunded🙏

I ordered a lipstick on June 28th and got an email confirming my order. My credit card was also debited on June 20th for $32.48. I have not received any information since then and the item does not seem to have been shipped. I sent two emails to ask about the progress of my order but have not received any reply. This has made me wonder if the business is genuine. If I do not receive the item withing a month I will have to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

It has been a month. I haven’t heard from them, nor have they responded to any of my mails. The amount debited has been all but swallowed whole.

I paid for my order for the some respective product and its been over a week , nor does it show up on my orders list in account and same no reply by mail, its a scammed website dont recommend buying from this website, there are other better alternatives.

Completely fraud. they don't ever reply your mails . they don't send the products anymore. no number to reach. just stealing peoples money as if no one can reach them. someone should report this to consumer court.

Fraud website order and paid the money but they canceled my order for some reason and stole my 2.5 k money .

Ordered worth 2.2k. Money is debited, never got order confirmation. My account shows no orders placed. E-mailed them a few times and never got a reply.
