These people flat out GET IT!
This product is space age ,and is under hourly review and modification to improve it. They never believe in status quo. The management and designers have a clear vision and mission, but also listen to their customer needs and bend over backwards to address them rapidly. Their followup is incredible and exceeds expectations. This product has way blown by the cost benefit proposal.So rare today, you find a company that both amazes their customers and apparently thrive on doing it.
