The golf ball marker was disappointing considering the cost and the £5 delivery charge was excessive as it took almost a week to arrive

I have placed my order on 15th of August, in the website it was written estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days. Of course I did not expect the order to be delivered the exact time... The item was supposed to be a present for a friend and past 2 weeks after the order was placed and nothing, on the website it was written only order confirmed. I wrote an email to the customer team for more information, they said that they were sorry and will update me, no update from their end of course. 10 days later I wrote another email with same question and they said that they were sorry and will check and update me. Another couple of days went by and no information from them, so I send another email and the information was that the package was not even send. I mean 25 days after the order was placed and no package dispatched, what kind of service is that?? I wrote to ask them when will be dispatched, as it has been almost a month and they said that they will check and update me as soon as possible and I did not get any information, so I send a final email to ask if the package will be send and if not to refund me. They have canceled my order and refund me.

I don't know what kind of service is that, but i have ordered stuff from many suppliers and I never had that experience with no whatsoever information and a month with status "Order confirmed"

If you are planning to buy a present for a significant, note that you should probably place the order 2 months before the birthday so if they don't deliver it to have an alternative.

Haven’t received package yet., keeps saying it’s sitting around waiting to be picked up. Is it lost again? This happened last time my husband ordered as well.

My husband loves the site and shows me fun things now and again. When he told me about the Goldfinger Shift knob, I knew I had to buy it for him for his birthday.
It was so easy to order, and then I saw the Goldfinger postcard, so that's going in the box with it, With a "personal" note on the back, from James. ;^0
I got email when it shipped, and it arrived quickly and in "pristine order", as Q would have said.

I had previously been very annoyed with this company when my order was taking too long... I wish someone would have told me that it would take longer than 5 to 7 days that was initially communicated to me. Today I finally received the 007 cosmetics bag with my man's name embroidered on it.. it is sooooo beautiful!!! He is going to love it so much and I know for a fact that I'll be coming back to order more stuff for him as he loves all things 007!!! This review went from 1 star to 5 stars and if I was able to give you guys 20 stars I would, all because of the greatest quality in your products!!!! Again, please next time just clarify that the order would take longer to avoid any misunderstandings... Thank you once again, and thank you to Maria who answered all my questions.
