the delevary time was fast tbh it says 7-14days and it came in 5 days and about the same store i hope to see more products about the db5 like detaled mini car or something like that in the future

I've bought numerous items now from 007store.com and found the service provided to be a very good one. Their website is easy enough to navigate through and returns if necessary again a fairly routine process. There is even a contact number for the store operating Monday to Friday should you prefer direct contact with their customer services over a query with regards to an order or availability of a given item. If there has ever been a need to do this I've always found the customer services personnel to be very friendly and professional and attentive to one's query.

The only negative I would say is that sometimes the items they are selling have a significant 'mark up' in comparison to a number of other retailers selling exactly the same product. So I guess they could look at offering more competitive pricing rather than trying to max out on profit margins.

Items are well packaged and only once have I received an item that arrived damaged (although to be fair I think it had most probably being damaged prior to 'picking & packaging and it was the box and not the actual 'Moonraker' Shuttle inside the display box which was damaged). Customer services gave me the option to either return the item or due to the minor damage only to the display box they offered me a discount and refunded my bank account accordingly.

So yes overall I would recommend buying from the 007Store.com for various items, but be aware you may need 'very deep pockets' indeed to afford some of the many high end items which they have on sale within their site.

Being a James Bond 007 fan, It was great to find an actual website to celebrate all that is James Bond! An excellent choice of products to accommodate all tastes and budgets. I would certainly recommend this website to anybody to have a look and perhaps buy something to keep for many years, especially from their collection of different silver coins and fabulous cars!

Item arrived on time and in excellent condition, couldn't fault the service or the quality of the product as it was received with great enthusiasm by a James Bond fanatic. Will definitely use this seller again.

I ordered a hardback book for my husband for Father’s Day, yet when it arrived it was a paperback version and to add insult to injury, it said £9.99 on the back yet I’d paid £20 for a hardback version (it also said hardback on the invoice). To date, my email to the store has been ignored. I’m not happy!
