I wanted to make a cheap call to USA from UK, I came across this company that claimed once I had paid a 5p connection charge and whatever my provider charged for connection leading me to believe that would be around 5p too, I could then talk as long as I liked for 1p per minute. I have a call anytime package with Virgin and I was still charged over £10 for a 59 minute call. I contacted Virgin and was told they charged me 17p per minute as the number wasn't included in my package. Although it didn't cost me as much as some reviewers have mentioned, it was still a huge amount to pay and I was conned. I broke a golden rule of mine, I failed to check Trustpilot 'Before' using this service,

Absolute scam of a service, the calls are not what are advertised and you will be charged for them on your plan.

MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS. Overseas calls are advertised as 1p to 5p per minute. This glaringly omits the charge you must pay when dialling and using their access number - which is a premium-call line (eg. 0843)! The premium call charge is not declared - s'funny that!

A shame to have used their service. After 2 months still no results from day 2. Results 5 and 8 late after 11 days of isolation, to be avoided!

They do not charge the prices shown!!! 5 min call from UK to US just cost me £16! Avoid!!!
