Fantastic experience. Car park really easy to find and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

The explanation was done well! the lessons were easy to read and understand.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM
Ordered a chiminea, waited til the estimated delivery date, no delivery. Contacted Wayfair, "we're very sorry let us cancel that order and set up a new one that will be delivered sooner" OK, waited again no delivery. Contacted them again "so sorry, how can we make this right? We've cancelled this order and we GUARANTEE the new order will be delivered on the new date". Due to be delivered tomorrow. Order tracking says it's still awaiting despatch. Contacted Wayfair again, "we can cancel this and order a new one to be delivered 14th Oct or you can have a refund" Asked to speak to a manager. "One moment please". ONE HOUR LATER "we can order a replacement or refund you and because you are a loyal customer we will send you a 10% off your next purchase voucher" 10% off an order that never arrives? No thanks. No explanation as to why it is continually delayed. Original ordered 25th September for a gift. Two weeks later I'm left having to order elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and avoid Wayfair and order from Amazon.

Great to get the time window for delivery. Thank you

Met a very nice salesman. He was extremely helpful.

The "worst" experience I have ever had with a courier was with GLS. Despite being contacted via email and 'phone several times over a fortnight this company lied and failed to collect and deliver my bookings with them. I cancelled my orders and will never, ever deal with this crowd again. it is not a service, run by foreign workers who cannot communicate articularly in English and give excuses for non-delivery of goods! The "worst" so-called delivery servicw!!!

I ordered headphones Sennheiser Momentum 4 and after few days the parcel arrived at my door.
They are cheap, fast, reliable and very professional company. Definitely recommended them.

It was made beautifully and they will enjoy this gift for years to come!
