Awful service
Awful service, ever month I end up going a few days without medication as it's always late, system is not set up for repeat prescriptions, a number of months ago I ended up getting double medication now I have to chase every month to see where it is
I have already been in contact with your customer services on multiple occasions already and still have issues so have no confidence in anything being improved

My meds still haven't arrived
My meds still haven't arrived.
I will be finding a different Pharmacy.
I have had to get 2 emergency prescriptions.

Useless service
Prescription for urgently needed pain killers due to being sent to ‘well online’ tablets not received for over a week. Local pharmacy unable to help, absolutely useless system cannot talk to anyone to resolve issue just online message via app. Avoid at all costs.
