Huge selection of books for a great price and arrived quickly! This was the only platform that had one of my textbooks for under $100 and I'm impressed with how fast I received the book. The book didn't have an online version in existence so I can't say anything about access codes. It came with some markings in it but that had been indicated upon purchase.

Got the book before I needed it in AWESOME condition.

I was very impressed with how quickly my book arrived. I was worried about the return process for rentals, but it was so easy! All I had to do was print out the label and packing slip, walk into FedEx, and hand it to them! I have and will definitely be using them again!

Customer service was very unapologetic and condescending after I sent an email regarding the provided tracking number. After a week, the tracking number gave no info, just that a mailing label was created but not yet received by USPS. On top of that, I was sent two of the same books instead of what I ordered. I need the books for my certification exam and this just added to my anxiety. Never again would I purchase/rent books from Valorebooks!

We have been having a hard time finding the text book in hard print and here was lucky one of the only places that we could still get it printed text book

Only reason for 2 stars is the offer on the book was decent. However, i will never use them again and would rather take a lower payment from different buyers because their costumer service is not that great and i chose paypal (which is literally instant) and 3 days since i have been approved for payment and im still waiting. I even emailed CS and they didn't seem at all concerned with my concerns. Renttext is super reliable and issues payment 1 day after approval. Honest review here. Wish i would have done better research before trying to saveba couple bucks. Other companies pay promptly and in my opinion a paypal payment takes less than 5 seconds not 14 days. Sadly they lost another good costumer

Despite never having heard of Valore before, I sent in an order after finding out that the textbook I needed for an AP class was much cheaper than any used or new option on sale on any other site. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a used book in well condition without having to pay an arm and a leg.

I ordered a textbook for a class, the book arrived as planned; however, the course changed. I followed the return policy and tracked the return that arrived more than two weeks ago and still have not received a refund. I have attempted to contact them via email (only option) a few times and have not received any response. Very frustrated now because I need the money in my account to purchase another book. Not a good way to treat poor college students.

I've placed several book orders through their marketplace over the past few years, and everything arrived as expected and within a reasonable time frame. Never had any serious problems that couldn't be easily resolved by customer service.

Updated: I ordered a book and they claim it was delivered, yet it has been a month, and never arrived. It was sent to the wrong address, and it took several days to get their customer service to actually listen to me and give me a refund. That was a nightmare, but at least I got my money back. Eventually.
