I genuinely believed I'd signed up for a monthly subscription and was very surprised to learn this was not the case when I tried to cancel (due to the product ultimately delivering what I needed consistently). The process of 'switching' my order to resolve this was fine, but it's pretty galling to have to pay a fee to do this in the first place when I maintain that the way you advertise subscriptions is misleading. I'm not the only person to say your pricing is misleading, judging by your reviews.
