Booked lane for 12.00. Lane not ready, table dirty(jad to remove litter and disinfect table).
Further delay to starting our game as a ball got stuck in adjacent lane.
Only 1 suitable bowl for children(2 with us and 1 on adjacent lane), so our 2 children had to wait for the ball.
General cleanliness of our floor/seating area poor and smell of dirty mop water/vomit upset our 2 youngsters(put them off the food we ordered).

I booked at last minute, for the offer to play and eat(pizza) for an hour at £40 was available, as we got there it was very busy so no ones fault to that but we had to wait 5 minutes to get on the lane and were not given the 5 minutes back at the end. The people on the lane lane before us had ordered food and told us they still not had theirs brought to them as they were told by staff, eventually there order came to us and we had to say not ours but we paid for a package including pizza, and of course we're told the same by staff that they'll bring it to us. An hour past, no pizza so we went to the staff to say we hadn't received what was ordered and paid for and just told to sit down and they'll bring it out to us. Several times we asked and always the same response. We did eventually have food brought to us but it wasn't for us, just a mix up. 45 minutes of waiting after the hour of bowling had finished, we walked out, deciding to go else where after what felt like being fobbed off by saying the same thing "well bring it to you". Honesty is the best way just say there's a delay on food instead of making people wait nearly 2 hours just for pizza! No refund or explanation was offered.

Fun time out with the grandchildren, and exercise for my self and my wife.

Brilliant fantastic price for two adults one student and three children one hour bowling with a pizzas to share for £40 is amazing very affordable

Staff just chatting away instead of serving customers, the line for drink was 15 people deep. The girl who was organising the bowling was great to be fair, the girl serving drinks was useless. Also kids running around throwing bowls down other peoples bowling lanes, i told the staff twice about that and i was just looked at like i was the one causing issues! Non existent management!

Had to wait over the time on our booked timeslot and then we had finished our game of bowling before the booked meals had come out to us and when the meals did come out they were inedible.

Great atmosphere and great experience. Such friendly staff especially Dakota.

This was a visit for my daughters birthday and we haven't been for years so very nostalgic. For thr most part the experience was pleasant however as someone that never leaves reviews I felt the need to in this case as there was some very poor service by the staff and the manager didn't really resolve the issue properly.

We ordered food, played 2 games of bowling and also spent £30 on the machines. The problem was with the food. On my wife's chicken burger, the menu clearly states topped with mayonnaise. The burger did not come woth mayo so I kindly asked for some mayonnaise but the staff insisted on a 50p charge. This was paid without protest, however what came was the tiniest portion and when I politely tried to show that member of staff the menu showing 'topped' with mayonnaise they rudely walked away, its thia rudeness that prompted me to talk to management however, no apology no admission of falsely representing their food on the menu and was just provided with an additional tiny mayonnaise cup. I dont care about the 50p but a great response would have been.

Im not sure on the protocol with birthday cakes however one we provided was just dumped on the table, no offer for a means of cutting it, serviettes or lighting the candle

The grandchildren loved it and the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly

Zac (aged 7) gave it a 10 out of 10. He liked the bowling and the slot machines

We came late with the kids that Friday. Instead of 4 pm we arrived 1 hour late due to the bad traffic on the m6. Fortunately the girl behind the bar told us there is no problem at all. With a smile as well. Thanks for everything. 7 of us and we have a great time for my birthday.

Very good experience but a mix up with my booking but got sorted with no issues

We arrived with our nieces and nephews, they’re tiny so needed the smallest balls possible, but the only ones available by our lane were the heaviest and biggest ones with nothing else there really! I’ve asked one of the members of staff whether they could help out to which their response was that there was nothing she could do for us. This was super disappointing as the kids were upset and struggling and all other lanes had plenty of variety of balls available..

I booked a session for one adult and two juniors on Tuesday, along with two chicken burgers and a margarita pizza.

When we arrived, the front‑desk staff checked our booking and assigned us Lane 25. Only after walking there did we discover the small scoring screen wasn’t working. My son had to go all the way back to reception to get someone’s attention, and it took 10 minutes before anyone came over only to tell us that the screen on Lane 25 never works and they were “too busy” to move us.
If they already knew the lane had an issue, they should have told us before assigning it.

Then the food arrived, and the pizza was honestly disappointing. It wasn’t properly cooked, and whoever cut it needs retraining — every slice was stuck together so badly that we had to use both hands and full force just to separate pieces. It really took away from the experience.

Overall, the visit felt poorly managed, and the quality wasn’t what we expected.

The bar service had long waits. I was bowling with 6 people and within the I had been served, I had to go back for 3 of my turns on bowling due to long waits.
Apart from that, food service was good

Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. It was very clear that the staff were understaffed, which resulted in a lot of running around and long waiting times. However, I want to stress that this was through no fault of the staff themselves — you could clearly see they were trying their best and doing everything they could under the circumstances.

The biggest disappointment was the food. The burger and chips were extremely poor quality; the burger appeared to be microwaved, the bun was stale and the chips were soggy. For the price, I expected a much better standard of food.

I do feel the staff deserve recognition for how hard they were working despite being under pressure, but overall the experience could have been much better, particularly when it came to the food and waiting times.

Food was delivered to our lane so we could continue our game without interruption.
