First time I have ever been totally unashamedly scammed.

Watch no1 didn’t run on time. I returned it and received a replacement. 3 months in the second hand just falls off. I pay to send it back (with insurance which was £25) and get the below email back - total BS.

A few weeks ago we received your watch in our workshop for repair, because the seconds hand was fallen off. Our watchmaker has inspected the watch, and stated that there is much more going on. When we opened up the watch, first we noticed that the caseback is scratched badly and that it wasn't all the way closed. Then we saw that the battery has been changed by a third party, the battery clamp is bent down under the battery, which should be over the battery to hold it down. Also the battery is from a brand that we don't use in our own company. The seconds hand is also deformed at the point where it attaches to the movement.

They sent me this watch as my replacement. Either it’s BS and the watch is ok except the second hand or they scammed me with this watch. What a joke

Total madness. Please avoid like the plague.

I got an OEM part...

I got an OEM part and the fit was perfect. I first tried a Chinese AliExpress part but of course it was garbage like usual. Then I found this real part. Thank you!!

Very disappointed with the customer…

Very disappointed with the customer service I have received after receiving a faulty watch. I purchased a watch for my grandsons Christmas present for Christmas. When it arrived it was not working. I emailed customer service immediately and waited 4 days for a response. I was told the watch is now out of stock and they cannot confirm I will get a replacement before Christmas. I have had to return the watch at a cost to myself to print return labels. I was not offered any alternative watch. If you email the customer service you have to wait 24 hours before they reply.

Seiko OEM Bracelet

I purchased a new bracelet for my Seiko. It was hard to find it online as it was not one of those popular options. But they have wide variety of OEM bracelets for all kinds of watches. Everything I got was brand new, original and at expected quality.

The only slightly negative experience was that when I added the bracelet to the basket it recommended me to get pushpins along with it and I got it as a backup. However, even though the pushpins length was correct, their diameter was too thick for the bracelet I bought. Its not a big deal for me, however it felt weird as those pins were recommended to me specifically for that bracelet after I added the bracelet to the basket. So I recommend to double check the diameter of the pushpins before getting them. I should also add that I ordered a simple strap changing tool but instead they sent me an even better one which is a plus.

Whole experience was fast, easy and as expected. Definitely recommend it.

Fine selection of Maurice LaCroix straps, but one thing was not provided.

What did I enjoy about my experience with Holland Watch Group? Simply that I could get a high quality watch band to fit my Maurice LaCroix 25 year old watch with the distinctive M on the strap. I was disappointed that you don't supply a clasp with any of your range, that I could see. It makes no sense that I would spend almost $200 U.S. and not receive a clasp. You are the premium provider...like getting a high end steak, but no plate.

Regarding the clasp: Maurice Lacroix does not supply their replacement straps with a buckle or clasp, as you can also see in the product photos. The idea is that the clasp from the original strap can be reused, which avoids unnecessary cost and is more sustainable, since the hardware can always be re-fitted.

I’m really happy they had my watch band, I bought my watch over 12 years ago so I thought it was going in the garbage because the watch isn’t made anymore. The site was easy to use and the product came quicker than I expected!

Ordered

Responding to HWG response. Your response sort of proves you're not a legit company. If you look at the many emails I sent you and the dispute I lodged with pay pal you will see this included the order number and I attached multiple documents to the dispute. You did respond to the dispute and I eventually received a watch band which didn't fit the watch anyway. Your communication is bad and customer service non existent. (End of my response) Ordered, paid, provided a tracking number and expected date. 4 weeks later the tracker says it's still in Netherlands, company not responding. I suspect the page is a fraud one and reported it to PayPal requesting my money back.

Order a strap for a Swatch watch

The ordered goods (Swatch watch strap, strap cover, strap replacement tool) were delivered the next day. The shipment was delivered in good condition and I was kept informed about the status of the order. Most importantly, I received goods that cannot be found anywhere else.
