Spinney Motorhomes & Caravans Reviews 

We ordered the caravan new on the assumption it was in stock and we left a deposit. Later told long delivery date of 6 weeks we had a couple of issues with the new van, we lost all power, after sales told us to "Google" the answer when we asked a question. We have since been waiting several weeks for warranty parts with no communication whatsoever. So we have just chased them up. Selling caravans is one thing but servicing customers is another. When you buy a caravan you need good after sales support, unfortunately they just don't provide it in our experience.

Spinney Warwickshire - Brain Shanley was brilliant from start to finish. Allowed us time to sit and view even though it was close to closing time. When there was a slight issue with miscommunication with a 3rd party, Brian stepped up and sorted the issue 5 stars.
Alan was very knowledgable and honest with his handover. We both learnt about the veloswing towbar….

My frustration has been in waiting for a reasonable response and feedback when waiting for parts. The lack of communication, difficulty in getting through to actually speak to someone tells me that there is a gap in the service and maintenance department. When you do speak to someone they are pleasant enough albeit that they have no clear answers.” Just call back in 6 weeks”

Spoke with some really helpful staff and my Campervan was delivered exceptionally quickly! They went out of their way to help me. Campervan was spotless when delivered - inside and out. Helpful handover video - for general working of things. Bit more detail on other things would be great. Gave 4 stars as no electric hook up lead put into van, as promised and no oven shelf or booklets on how it works - but they were very apologetic and super quick to post these out to me (altho shelf they sent was too big for oven, door wouldn’t close) but happy overall with the service. Dealt with them when selling a previous motorhome - exceptionally quick and easy, no messing around service then.

Simon made us feel comfortable and talked us through everything. When we picked up our motor home up he went out of his way to show us how to use it. Can’t complain about anything.

Our purchase experience at Spinney Northamtonshire was fantastic from the moment we walked into the showroom to have a look at their stock. Conner could not have been more helpful and knowledgable about the caravans in stock and helped us find just the right unit for our needs.
The handover process was great too, detailed information as to how all of the caravan's features worked was given and demonstrated.

Spinney Rushden have been great in helping my wife and I buy our first caravan. The staff are brilliant, especially Connor in Sales and Helen in the Accessories shop. We had many questions and queries and they have helped immensely. They have shown patience and have an honest, helpful approach to everything 🙂

We found dealing with staff at Spinney Warwickshire to be a very positive experience.
Richard Bulmer on the sales side was a genuine guy helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
On collection we were provided with a comprehensive handover and demonstration of the motorhomes key features which was delivered unrushed by Alan Rumney.
We did encounter some faults as one might expect with a used vehicle and we reported these to Richard who wasted no time in getting his service department to rectify under their warranty scheme.
Adrian in the service department was outstanding in resolving the issues for us and provided some useful information for us with us being new to owning a motorhome. Everyone we had contact with at Spinney from the staff who answered the telephone through to sales and service were always courteous polite and professional and we would recommend them to anyone.

Good amount of stock but owner is incredibly rude and condescending so we took business elsewhere

Nothing was too much trouble and any issues raised were immediately resolved.
Every member of staff from sales through to accessories, handover and service department all provided a first class service and we would highly recommend this branch.

really helpful service and looked after us very well. purchased a T6 campervan LWB and ticked nearly every box we had - great comms, and really good preparation of the vehicle, so good in fact that a couple of minor issues were found on initial handover, the staff involved (Alan Blair and Alan Rumney) and the workshop sorted them out pretty quickly (short wait for parts - unavoidable). overall a straightforward and enjoyable experience for us. well done all 10/10

No pressure on buying

We have just bought our third motorhome from Colin from the Rushden branch of Spinney. Once again we’ve had an amazing experience always very helpful very knowledgeable listens to what we’re looking for and really helps and support us in buying our vehicles. The whole process is efficient, professional and seamless. Colin helped with information not just about the vehicle itself but in advising on all of the other things you need when getting in to MH life. We can’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking for a motorhome and some good experienced staff that will help you along the way I would highly recommend you go to Spinny at Rushden in Northamptonshire and ask for Colin you won’t be disappointed
