A really disastrous after-sales service. Without having an interlocutor to solve the problem. They have charged us two extra invoices and we cannot get them to cancel them.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Facilities are very modern and location is great but there is a huge problem... I could not speak on the phone. Very bad reception. It was so frustrating trying to keep a conversation on the phone. I got cut off all the time.
The sales person responsible for my contract did not inform me about all the additional costs and just disappeared, when I needed help.I cannot recommend this coworking office

I understand that you wanted to end your agreement 2 months early on 31 March 2024.
A signed agreement is a formal business commitment, and it should be ended online according to its notice period. Your agreement expired on 31 May 2024. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. 
Your account is currently restricted due to non-payment. We greatly value your business and want to maintain a positive working relationship with you. However, the current payment situation needs to be resolved.

Too expensive & Small Offices

Nice offices at central location but too small and too expensive. Kitchens are dirty and the staff does nothing to address that. Toilets are small, dirty and broken since months and the staff does nothing to fix it with priority.

Accounting department is a scam. Tries to charge you 2 times and then does not respond to solve the problems. Always check your bills because they try to scam customers by taking money out of your account by putting false bills and then you have to fight for it.

Sales person always blames someone else and don’t do anything to help customers.

Reception staff is friendly and always very helpful.

Update:
Absolutely false reply from Spaces. I have proofs to demonstrate all the scam invoices that you have put in my account. Till today nothing has been solved.
You own sales person has stated that these invoices are wrong.
Check within you own company before commenting on here. Simple accounting mistakes are done by your own people. I have to waste my time to show how wrong your invoices are !!!
Retainer are charged for new office. With retainer balance already paid for previous office since 3 years you are double charging me !!!
I wish I could upload all the proofs of emails here.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
At Spaces we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget. The local team have helped you move to several different offices as your business evolved so I am surprised to hear that the offices don’t meet your requirements.
There is a daily cleaning for all kitchens and bathrooms on all floors and the local team will assist directly if they see anything out of place. There are two bathrooms on each side of the floors and clients have access to all 5 floors. There was an occasion where one of the stalls had some damage but this was fixed within two hours of being reported.
Your complaint regarding being charged twice is regarding the retainer and a member of staff has already given you a breakdown of the retainer amounts which show it is correct. We require a retainer equivalent to 2 months for each office and this is what we currently hold.
We find it extremely unfair to come on to such a public site stating that we “scam” and put “false bills” into your account when a the account helpdesk has already showed you that the invoicing and retainer are correct.
