The service is great money quickly paid in to my account very affordable with the amounts available being enough to be helpful but not so much as to cause onward issues so much better than payday loans out there with giant apr's the largest i saw was 1279% absolutely crazy

Absolutely terrible experience. Their automated system explicitly accepted my loan application upfront, which gave me the expectation of a smooth process. Instead, their underwriting team went completely silent and took over an entire week just to issue a generic, robotic rejection email. For a company that markets itself as a modern fintech benefit for employees, this operational delay is incredibly unprofessional.

In their email, they explicitly stated that they rely on Experian data to judge "affordability." This is a complete joke. I currently manage high-interest financial commitments completely fine and have a flawless record of never missing a single payment in my life. Since repayments for this specific loan are deducted directly from my salary at source, the actual financial risk to them is zero.

Relying strictly on credit agency data while ignoring real-world reliability and guaranteed salary deductions shows how broken their system is. Avoid this company—their platform is full of glitches, and their customer processing times are a complete disaster.

They are great but shame you have to wait 60 days to take another loan out after you pay of your previous one

Great little safety net to have in an emergency situation, easy to apply, use, pay back, no frills no fuss. It’s my money just when I need it.

App UI is intuitive and process took all of 5 minutes including sign-up etc. - payment arrived in my account around 10 minutes later. faultless experience and just what I needed to plug a gap until payday. 11/10 would recommend.
