Have / had a loan with salary fincanve no issues to start with all went well. I changed jobs same company just went from weekly paid to monthly pay. I noticed on my first pay the never took there payments so i called them said not to worry they have bank deatils it would come out my bank. Again nothing out my bank called again told it would now be taken from may pay again nothing so one last call and assured me ut would definitely start coming out of my pay it was all set up this went on for about 7 months i just stoped phoning id figured when they wanted money they would sort it out then the letters started i phoned and made one lump sum payment at that point were i ws told to bank trasfer it every moth and got £100 compensation for the trouble. Eventually they got there finger out and sorted it to cone off my salary. Fast foward to end of loan time i get a lovely email asking if i need help and missed payments will go against my credit score i questioned this as i had not missed any payments sice all the hassle last time this wasfor the whole sum of £8.41 i questiond this and asked why it wasnt taken from my salry and was just told id need to make the payment and asked if it was on to take it on the 29/07 and guess what no payment was taken. Shambles of a company never again
