Honestly. The only company I'd ever endorse for finance help. They actually help you, got me through some tough spots and taught me more about money than any bank ever will.

They only attempt to take money by direct debit once before falling back on taking it on your next pay day.
I get paid every 4 weeks and pay my rent every month. In order to do it ontime I use salary finance. They have now caused me stress and anxiety by constantly denying they can do anything about it and that it is an automated process. This reads as some idiot set the software up wrong and the can't help but read from a script. They refuse to escalate to management and get funny and try to imply I am being disrespectful when I had said nothing of the sort. I then voiced my frustrations as I am Autistic and they clearly have an inability to understand when people with the condition need to do things in specific ways. Clearly someone over there is a moron as setting it to only try once is a very moronic thing, bad practice and very unprofessional.
Don't run such a service if you aren't set up properly.
