Purchased an open box marantz intergrated amp. Both staff members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Because of the open box offer I saved about £130, so really couldn't be happier. Been listening to my vinyl over the last week, sounds and looks great in my cabin. Hopefully I'll be back soon get some new speakers

I found the team in Weybridge most helpful when I turned up to pickup a TV on a very hot day. They offered to deliver it for me due to the size of the item, and I was extremely grateful for the assistance. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I'm sure to purchase from them in the future.

What a great company to purchase from—Richer Sounds has been fantastic throughout. Delivery was quick and efficient, which made the whole process even better.

I was informed that a £100 discount voucher would be applied to my account, but it hasn’t appeared yet. I’m not sure what the issue is, but this isn’t quite the experience I expected. Up until the item was delivered, the service – especially from Hugh – was excellent. However, communication from the Weybridge branch after the purchase has been less responsive, which is a bit disappointing. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Following my initial review, I was contacted by the head office and offered a £100 refund as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate – thank you to the central team for resolving the issue quickly and professionally.

While I’m happy with the outcome and the overall service was good (especially thanks to Hugh, who was excellent), I still believe the Weybridge branch could improve their post-sale communication. I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve that part of the experience.

Its the go to place for all audio-visual products, and importantly backed by Which?.
The sales staff are exceptionally good, they ask you if they can help, if not, then they leave you to look around the store, which is great.
I did need help and the sales staff member was absolutely brilliant, giving recommendations, and answering loads of questions that I asked him, I purchased my new Samsung soundbar and cannot wait to receive it, everything was done in 30 minutes.
What I also like is they price match against reputed retailers, if the retailer is cheaper, not only do they match the price, they lower it by £10.00.
They also offer a fitting service for your product, a great company.
