Knowledge by the store manager/assistant of FreeSat meant that we were able to identify a TV that met all my requirements, was in stock and was value for money.

What can I say .....Richer sounds have been absolutely amazing! I'd never heard of them before & my brother recommended them to me & I'm so pleased that he did 😀 Service was second to none , very friendly helpful telephone service , excellent prices & offers & very quick delivery.....can't rate them highly enough.

The Richer team could not have been more pleasant to deal with - very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend anybody thinking of buying a quality HIFI system go to Richer Sounds - lots of choice at various price points.

I knew my old system was on the way out, so I've been preparing for a sizeable spent. I phoned up the Romford branch and spoke to Dave, the assistant manager. I had previously spoken to a sound/tv engineer, Wasif, who had given me ideas of what I may need. Dave and I discussed my need for a Denon AC Receiver, Magnetar Universal disc player and a 55" TV. I managed to order all three items, although I had to pay extra for the Universal disc player's 6 years warranty but considered it essential. Great price on the LG TV and because I was buying several, fairly expensive items, I received an additional discount. So fortunately, all came in just under budget. Free excellent delivery by Furdeco was as agreed and coincidentally, Wasif was in the shop when I rang, so I spoke to him and he installed everything the day after delivery. Delighted!

Excellent Service. My initial contact was with Ash who was knowledgeable and helpful. When I called back to confirm my purchase Ash was not in so I spoke with Steve who was brilliant as always. Although I am no where near Romford it’s my “go to” store.

Good company if you require a decent sound system . Competitive prices and choice . Buy cheap buy crap !

Several stores came forward with offers of an open box deal on an amplifier, and I settled on the one from the Romford store on the same day. It arrived promptly in great condition.

First class service given when I wanted to purchase a Cambridge Audio CD player. Would recommend Richer Sounds 100% for Hi Fi products and advice.

Richer Sounds were cheaper than anywhere else, although Curry’s could price match, they couldn’t include the free projector that RS were including.
I got a great deal and very happy with my purchase. This is the second TV I’ve bought from RS and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Out of the world music quality. Excellent arrangement done by Richer Sounds Romford staff in arranging a demo. I went there with a playlist of over 30 songs. They were patient enough to let me listen to my teat songs for over 45 minutes after I finally selected.

Team were great and helped guide to towards a TV that was never on my radar l, was better priced and had better specs. Specifically chose to come here over Currys or John Lewis for the customer service and the product knowledge, and am very happy I did.

Was looking for a 65” tv with many options. Graham was excellent and extremely knowledgeable on the different options. He explained all the pros and cons and we ended up with the product that was exactly right for me and the environment it sits in. Will always go to Richer for anything I need in future. Thank you
