Bought the Argon TT MK2 semi auto turn table. The advice from Tim was very well received and useful. This quality turn table has really complicated my Techniques Hifi. Excellent service.

Can't fault them

Previous experience made me return to Richer Sounds to order a new TV.
I have always found the staff in Lichfield store to be friendly and knowledgable.
However, I ordered the TV as collect from store on the website as the wording on the website was a little ambiguous and made me think the TV was in stock in Lichfield. Had I of known the TV had to be delivered to Lichfield for my collection, I'd have just had it delivered straight to my house. A minor blot though and won't stop me using Richer Sounds again in the future.

I had an idea what I was looking for when I called in but, I was able to discuss and obtain advice from your colleague (Luca) which was really helpful. The equipment was ordered in and delivered to the store (at my request). In the interim, Luca had prepared my speaker cables (fitted with Chord banana plugs) so that all was ready when I went to collect the equipment. He then assisted me in taking the gear to my car.
