I was given plenty of advice and recommendation as to choosing a hifi seperates system. Discounts were good and overall price was excellent.Delivery was faster than expected and overall service was faultless would thoughly recommend the hull branch

The staff very helpful and pleasant answered all questions when asked and nothing seemed to be any trouble, also deli ery was excellent arrived when stated only problem was I couldn't understand the young gentleman that delivered it as his English wasn't very good but everything else was fine

Finding the exact model of TV I wanted on the website was easy and all the info about that specific model was listed. Ordering was straightforward and next day delivery was excellent. The TV came from the Hull store as far as I know.

The manager was really helpful about lots of issues to do with our enquiry, including the specification of various different TVs in relation to the costs, plus advice for where to site the TV and which bracket was required. The level of knowledge far exceeded that at Currys where we had previously been.

Prompt service and am looking to buy a new tv and got some good advice will be returning soon.

Excellent service from start to finish, after doing some online research we visited RicherSounds, service and advice was great and the purchase was made efficiently. Delivery was arranged exactly when required. TV and sound system arrived on time, preceded by texts to confirm time. Items carried through to desired room. Both products are excellent and really happy with service in the shop, delivery and products. In addition the price was fantastic and beat their competitors hands down.
