It was awesome! Great facilities and equipment. Very spacious. I did 2 classes and they were great. V happy I joined! Also the assistant manager there was so helpful.

Gym itself is OK but the add on of…
Gym itself is OK but the add on of unlimited yanga water let it down, I did a 1hr max heart rate cardio work out and got 1 serving on the way to the showers on leaving I went to get another serving as I needed to hydrate some more only to be told I had to wait 10 more minutes before I could get more so ended up using the free water next to the machine, think I'll stop buying the add on from now on

An impressive introduction !
An impressive set up and within seconds of me entering the gym I was warmly greeted by a PT and shown to a waiting area to meet my PT for induction. You could see the professional attention of the staff and positivity of people training. Adam my PT greeted me with an engaging manner, and showed me all spaces in the gym, and aspects and conversed with me on a level to my understanding. I was made to feel that I had made the right choice in choosing PureGym ! Looking forward to booking the classes which are extensive and using the gym.

Good facilities including equipment. However very busy meaning having to wait for others to finish.. May be worth opening a second location to ease waiting times.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym which is useful for planning ahead.

staff are horrible and unhelpful
staff are horrible and unhelpful, spend more time on their phones or drinking coffee opposed to do anything remotely constructive. made me feel as if i should apologise for being in the gym.

Not a single care given
No real supervision, people (not staff) were just doing whatever they wanted and not being respectful towards other members. Staff didn’t show a single ounce of care.
