PureGym Cricklewood has recently opened!

It’s a fantastic gym and has all the right facilities I was searching for in a gym. Nathan Ranger, the manager is absolutely incredible. He delivers thrilling classes, is always friendly and approachable, and works extremely hard to ensure all members of the gym have what they need. He delivered a fantastic induction recently, and made as all feel included. Especially as a female, he told us to not feel intimidated by certain areas of the gym, regardless of our ability or stage in our fitness journey. He is diligent in his role, always on his feet, and makes the gym a wonderful place to be. He is an asset to PureGym, a great representative of the company and deserves a raise!

The other trainers- Natasha Michael, and Wayne are also terrific, and together they deliver a robust programme of fitness which helps us achieve our goals.

I would highly recommend PureGym Cricklewood to friends and family.

This gym has the best manager and staff I have ever been to - the classes are superb and it has a real family atmosphere. You should be very proud of them.

The staff have made me feel welcome and been very supportive.The gym itself has all the equipment I would ever need. It's always clean and well maintained and it's good value.

My daughter’s entire locker has been broken into and all the contents have been stolen. It is absolutely shocking. I wonder if there are other with similar reports. There is no one at the desk to report the problem to when she arrived at 7am on Monday morning.

It's a big gym with all the equipment you need to train and more I would definitely recommend to a friend or family

Huge range of equipment, 24 hour access, safe environment

The gym is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The gym has a friendly atmosphere. The equipment is kept well and well looked after.

First visit and had a walk around with Bella, she was very friendly and helpful

On the whole the venue is welcoming and 'safe'. The equipment is plentiful, although some is in need of repair, and has been for some time.Mostly down to patrons, but sometimes the area can be a bit dirty, used tissues, empty bottles left lying around.Often, the hand sanitiser is often empty, more units would help.Also, more sprays & paper towels.

The immediate (same day) response with am actionable resolution to my concern is refreshing and so appreciated n today's environment.

For a gym that offers 24 hrs access but is minimally staffed, customer service via email fixed my problem within a few hours.

I'm not saying that will always be the case but they made a very strong impression with me when dealing with them via email with an immediate response. Their business model is a no-hands-on approach when dealing with members at the gym. So almost everything needs to be done through email only. There is no phone number to speak with a live agent.

It's a risky approach in my opinion to be so "unavailable" for your members. However, since proving to me that email is also an immediate way to answer questions and resolve problems, it made me feel appreciated and heard as a member paying for a service.

Does the music from these gym classes really need to be set to 11 on the volume scale. And on top of this it is competing with the normal music from the gym. I don't wear headphones to allow me to concentrate on my workouts, but I don't think it would make much difference if I did. And on top of that many of the classes aren't even that busy. So the many suffer for the few.
Other than people using equipment as somewhere to sit while on their phone it usually is an excellent gym.

I like the space and the vibe and the stuff are very friendly

Had an excellent class with Michael Hadfield.Michael was brilliant at helping to adjust us during our workouts and gave great guidance. He even gave me a couple of exercises to do to help with my tennis elbow.A true credit to Pure Gym.

Always a huge variety of machines to use for all the muscle groups, clean, well maintained and a great atmosphere

I go to the gym for my mental health, and my local gym is PureGym Airdrie. While visiting Cumbernauld, I noticed the PureGym at Cumbernauld Retail Park, so I decided to pop in for a workout.I really enjoyed my visit! The gym has a lovely layout, with a great selection of equipment, and I felt comfortable working out there. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely pop in again whenever I’m in the area.Thank you, PureGym Cumbernauld! 💪😊
