24/7 access
Went at 6am perfect as not overly busy & if yr on a work schedule means having 24/7 access gives you opportunity to hit the gym at any time.

Recently joined and attended my induction today. The gym had a good atmosphere. It was clean and had a good selection of equipment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free lockers! You provide your own padlock. I have been putting off joining since this gym opened, really glad I have now.

Brilliant gym
Helpful staff, good atmosphere and genuinely nice customers! Theres loads of trainers and staff who let you get on with it, friendly and say hello but don't interfere unless you ask. Everything was clean and tidy, sanitation stations well kept, equipment in excellent condition

Good first session
Very clean and organised!
Pt very friendly as it was my first time so he showed me around.
Another gym member was helpful by asking if i was ok as i looked lost.
Showers are very nice and clean. Also you have HAIR DRYERS 😁
Good equiptment and space.
