Fab staff, quality equipment and great classes

Puregym Capehill, i really love this gym staff are always helpful encouraging and after doing a few classes this week Mana's MIND Class is def a good one to do. MIND BODY relaxation good one for active people or even if your sit behind a desk all week.
Stretching to relaxing sounds ,calming great way to improve mobility i feel fab afterwards.
Be careful not to relax to much you fall asleep in the last part.
Great class Mana glad i attended def needed this one, great for men n women dont be shy .. great way to improve flexibility for movement.

Fantastic, friendly gym with everything you need! The Stowmarket branch have the best PT’s and staff - I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Great facilities, but the women's shower cubicles have doors that don't cover much and a made of cloudy GLASS, a door! And even worse the doors don't lock and the cubicles aren't cleaned very well.

Shepton mallet branch is one of the best. The classes are well organized and effective. Motivating, friendly, fun exercise driven instructors. The gym is always clean. The machines are well kept and always functional. Love my gym

Took Nats circuits class today at Crayford gym. Love her classes- shes full of fun and energy. She makes you work and is so worth it!

Great experience at pure gym Airdrie . Great variety of machinery and classes which are easily booked via app . Very friendly staff and very accommodating if you have any questions . This is a very welcoming gym and made to feel at ease in it and suitable for all fitness levels. This gym has helped me more the past 2.5 years than they will ever know

Puregym City Centre at Broad Street is fantastic!!
The PT Aron and Gym manager Tom are wonderful you can ask them any questions about the gym. Now got excellent new gym equipment. I cannot fault pure gym. It's my gym that I first first joined when I paid £10 a month. Whoever's left need to come back!!!

I've mentioned before that the cleanliness standards at PureGym Meteor Centre, Derby aren't up to scratch, but yesterday's experience was particularly disappointing.

There was white powder scattered all over the changing room today. One of the staff members, Brandon, came into the changing room while I was there and completely ignored it, despite it being clearly visible.

It's difficult to understand how cleanliness can be taken seriously when staff walk past obvious mess without doing anything about it. The gym equipment and facilities are mostly ok, but the cleanliness standards really need to improve.

Djasia has very relaxing Mind classes in the evenings, I recommend everyone to try, we need stretching after good work out!

Had a PT session with Jabear really knows his stuff, so nice and helpful really pushes and supports me Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family

Just done a 8 week session with Lee from Redpath fitness at the Haddington gym. He has been fantastic in demonstrating correct form and use of the machines giving me the confidence when I use the gym on my own. Great gym and staff!

I have been going to Pure Gym Wimbledon, since it first opened in June 2024; and the services and equipment have been second to none. The staff are highly knowledgeable and friendly, in instructing classes, PT sessions and giving general advice and guidance on the ins and outs of exercising. As Wimbledon is over saturated with Gyms, I can assure you this is the best in the biz.

Unfortunately, a few members and I were the subject of locker theft. A phenomenon that is common across all gyms. However, it was the absolute professionalism and swift actions of; Mr. Jamie Gladstone (Gym Manager) and Marques Stone (Assistant Manager) that moved to resolve the issue. They took this issue very seriously, not diminishing its important; due to some of the members losing clothing items to others more substantial items. Reviewing security footage, taking witness statements, and engaging with appropriate authorities—are some of the actions taken to quell this predicament.

These two managers always demonstrate an eagerness, to help and support everyone at the gym; and take constructive criticisms well to further; improve services at the gym. I cannot recommend this gym and staff enough. If you want to reach your peak, in a safe and conducive environment…..Go to PureGym Wimbledon!!!!

I frequent the Harlow PureGym as it is local, and I absolutely love it.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, supportive clientele and an overall great space. Good selection of equipment, a ladies gym upstairs, brilliant class selection and well set up. Callum runs this branch brilliantly and that shines through in the team he has built around him.

I have Nicky Hill as my PT and she is fantastic pushing you to the limit and helping you achieve every fitness goal. Best PT ever, full stop 💪
