We’ve used PGS for many years and they…

We’ve used PGS for many years and they have proved to be reliable and efficient with very few hiccups. We’ve built good relationships with the local depot and the customer service staff who are always keen to help us with any queries. PGS have provided a valuable service to our expanding business.

We have been dealing with PGS for years…

We have been dealing with PGS for years now, they are reliable, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. 99.9% of our parcels are delivered next day which makes our customers very happy and often compliment on the quick and efficient service.
Customer service team, operations team and the drivers are excellent. keep up the good work PGS, Tina @ plant supports UK

Absolutely amazing customer service
Was waiting for a delivery and was due to leave for the airport Hayley managed to arrange for the driver to get it to me before I had to leave was very pleased with the service

Great Company helpful and resourceful

Through my experience of PGS as a customer they couldn't be more helpful, offering solutions that are not just black and white they were able to come up with ways to transport one of our machines that we had not before thought of. best price by comparison and most helpful people to deal with. we will continue to use PGS.

Shocking

Service from this company can be descibed in one word. "Shocking".

Timing keeping non existent. Drivers arrive unprepared without any equipement for loading their vehicle. Drivers turn up late take a look at what needs collecting and drive off saying they don't have enough space. Customer service team doesn't appear to even know what services they offer.

These are just some of my personal experiences of dealing with this company over the last couple of weeks.

If you are looking for quite possibly the worst logistics experience ever than these are the people for you.

I found GP Logistics one of the worst…

I found GP Logistics one of the worst delivery companies I have come across & I would recommend supply companies not to use them as they will loose your business. As you can not rely on there tracking system or even the item has been loaded onto there delivery truck. I waited a day for the delivery of a mattress yet there tracking system said it was in the system to be delivered between 0900 to 1200, tried ringing them all day with no answer until 1430 hours & was told the item had not been loaded on the truck.
In the end I cancelled my order with the supply company Hyder Beds.

Horrible place to work as a hgv driver.

Horrible place to work as a hgv driver.
Defective vehicles
Very poor management run by school kids with no qualifications.
The yard is an accident waiting to happen.
No straps in vehicles to secure loads.
Defective vehicle with pg9 vehicle off road still expected to be driven and they will chance it.
If your caucasian you will be fine. If your black or Asian then expect all the crap drops and late collections.

This is an 100% honest review.

Had a delivery via PGS ad was trying to…

Had a delivery via PGS ad was trying to find information as to when it would be delivered . I called and spoke with a chap by the name of Neil in the Kidderminster office who was obnoxious and rude telling me he won't help due to Christmas rush. All I can say is that this was the worst customer services experience I have ever had and the guys not the full ticket. People like this are a bad blot on companies trying to project a professional image.
