These guys handled our difficult freight job with ease. All the big international freight companies weren’t very helpful at all. Granted our freight was an awkward pallet of wall tiles weighing 900 kgs needing picked up from outer Sydney and shipped to Wellington New Zealand, via Auckland. We even had a large freight forwarding company in Sydney recommend we try Pack and Send. We’re glad we did as Pack and Send did an excellent job with the freight, the extensive paperwork and the ongoing communication. The fragile tiles arrived in perfect condition. Good job and thanks again Sandeep.

The item is made of steel but something has been dropped on the parcel and punched a couple of holes in the box and bent the frame in the box.

Fast and efficient service. The only hassle was to change the pick up address after booking required me to cancel the original and rebook, but apart from that everything went like clockwork.
